Vadim,
If you are not concerned about the order in which the netlist is put
together you could use LT SPICE. This is a free program from Linear
Technology Corporation and has no node limitations. The netlist output will
be in the same order that you connected your circuit elements together.
Stop by the Linear Technology site and search for LT SPICE if interested.
