FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] Spice simulators help

hi all,
        please answer my question if any one knows.i have been trying to 
compare results of a few circuits in "Hspice level 10" with "Pspice level 
4".would u get the same results in both the simulators or would they 
vary.Are both levels equal.i would br greatfull if any one can help me.
