do this with a laser.  They frequently

Hi all,
I'm looking for a solution for small quantities (less than 50) IC package
marking.
I would like to print (somehow) different code words on the IC packages.
Limitations:
i)  I need to use printing <-> can not use hand writing.
ii) Must apply paint on the package  <-> can not use stickers.
