[SI-LIST] Material Properies @ High Frequency

I'm currently working on a study of high speed interconnect and in my
investigation have found that most dielectric materials performance varies with
frequency.

I have found literature from various board vendors describing the materials
they fabricate their boards with describing how the dielectric constant and
tangent loss of the materials change over frequency. However, their numbers
only go up to around 1.5GHz.

I am looking for data up to as high as 10G for my investigation. Does anyone
have tables or graphs for Nelco BT (FR4) and/or Getek describing the Er and
tangent loss over frequency (DC-10G)?

Thanks in advance,

Aaron Helleman
