The PCI-X specification has some package information.  See Table 9-1
(Cin, Cclk, Cidsel, Lpin).  That's about all they specify, leaving most
of the IC package specifics up to the vendor.  The device should meet
all other specs (timing for example) regardless of the package
specifics.  Some of those other specs will indirectly have an impact on
the package parameters.

As for the maximum clamps, only minimum clamps are specified, no maxima.
