[SI-LIST] PCI-X package info.

Hi everyone...

I'm trying to create a generic PCI-X I/O buffer ibis,
based on PCI-X specification. I got almost everything
except the package information and GND and Power clamp
(Max).

I didn't find the information anywhere in the
specification and I was wondering if there are any!
