Hi SIexperts,
Can anybody give me an idea how to convert an
spice model to ibis model using Icap4 (or
Orcad-pspice.)
I have downloaded "s2ibis2.exe" and i tried to
follow the steps given. But i couldn't succeed in
that. It gives the following error " Starting Pspice
job with input "putpad.spi" failure!!!" (Is there any
problem here in invoking and passing file to Pspice??)
I would like to know more on the input file
formats that are required and accepted by "s2ibis2"
and how to invoke spice application.I don't have
hspice or spectre so i couldn't try with the example
files given with s2ibis2.
And also i tried with "spitran10f" . There also
i didn't get the results.
I welcome your suggestions ( If there is any
example file available for Icap4 or Orcad pspice it
would be very helpful for me).

thanks in advance,
siva
