[SI-LIST] Simulate IBIS model with transmission line?!

Dear All,
    I simulated IBIS model and Spice model with transmission line.
IBIS model (or Spice model) + transmission line + capacitance to ground

I compared the two models, and the results are different. If I removed the 
transmission line, the results are the same. Willcome your comments.
