If you want reasonably accurate numbers you should use a field solver on
your intended geometry. If you do not own a field solver, you can rent
time on Polar for cheap and get decent results. The remaining viable
alternative is to go with pre-engineered interconnect.
If you are just asking generically what happens: skinnier traces have
higher current concentrations than wider traces.
