FYI:
Some people asked for the Excel illustration file that was shown at
DesignCon East 2005, which illustrates the current distribution and
vertical resonances in bypass capacitors. The file is posted at:

Black-Box Frequency Dependent Model of Capacitors for Frequency Domain
Simulations" paper.
