FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] Mil spec for impedance testing of a cable

Hello all,
   I am looking for a reference to a Mil Spec that covers impedance and 
transmission characterization of a differential cable. The cable in 
question is a infiniband like twisted pair cable.  Any guidance would be 
very much appreciated.
