[SI-LIST] dc blocking caps in 10G lines

Do people generally remove the ground below the pads for a dc blocking cap
on microstrip lines. It seems that a shunt capacitance will be formed
between the pad and the plane below it, so if you remove the ground below
it, the discontinuity will be reduced.
