Jeff,
For the best Signal Integrity, I would recommend any smb/smc and a coaxial
cable, if you will maintain the 50ohm impedance you will be good to go even
with longer cables.
Few points:
1.Pay attention to the cable's impedance as well as to the connector's.
2.Maintain good grounding and get advice from the manufacturing guys for the
best deployment (i.e. edge or 90 degrees)
