I don't know of any software that does this, but it's
probably not too hard to write a Perl script to make some
necessary changes.

That said, I should point out that there probably are some fundamental
incompatibilities between the two. I don't know of any specifics
offhand, but certain features of HSPICE models and control lines
may not translate into anything comparable in PSPICE, and
vice versa.  You may have to evaluate carefully how to approximate
a special model feature used in your HSPICE netlist to make it do
similar things in PSPICE.

I do have an example for going from PSPICE to nearly any other SPICE
version: PSPICE has linear and quadratic temperature dependences for
certain BJT model parameters; I don't believe any other SPICE has
this, so translating from PSPICE to any other SPICE forces you to lose
this particular model feature.  I'm sure examples can be found for going
from HSPICE to any other SPICE also.

Note: if you need encrypted HSPICE models, you are stuck with HSPICE, no
ifs, ands, or buts.
