  Hi All,
 
            What could be the rule of thumb while designing a multilayer
board with HighVoltage.
            For eg:- If I have 1KV in one  layer, what could be the required
minimum prepeg thickness to the next layer? 
            And what could be the   voltage & current carrying capacity of
FR4 .
