Hi All,

I just added new information to my Technical Tidbit article on 
filtered contact discharge waverforms. I changed the wording to 
specifically address applying the IEC ESD waveform to devices, 
narrowing the focus somewhat, which was my original intent but it was 
not obvious. I also included a link to David Pommerenke's 1993 paper 
from his recent posting.

I think the added words should help clear up issue.
