FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] IBIS model for Lattice FPGA XP failed icx parse.

Hello si-list,
I download the ibis model for Lattic FPGA XP from Lattice website and it
fails icx parse.  Any help to correct them would be appreciated.  Any of you
has the correct one that can be share with me?

Enclose is the IBIS file
