Suresh, what do you think is good and bad about  this stack-up?  I think 
there are better ways to stack-up a 12 layer board with your apparent 
requirements.  But, you can still make this one work.  If you are trying to 
maintain impedance control at low MHz frequencies, be mindful of your 
copper weight.
