I suggest your best starting point is to approach the DDR2 SODIMM
vendor(s) with your request, either directly with an FAE, if you have
one, or at their website(s). Essentially, you will be looking for an
IBIS EBD file but what is actually available may be SI tool specific,
whereas the EBD file is not SI tool specific. For example, if you visit
Micron's website and view their DDR2 SODIMM offerings you will find
HyperLynx BoardSim files, for use in a HyperLynx MultiBoard simulation,
and Cadence DML files. Note that not all of their modules currently have
models posted to the web, but you may be able to work with the vendor to
obtain those that are not posted.
