Hi Tim,

If you want to make port 1 and port 2 as a differential pair, with port
3 as the reference node, you can use the mixed mode Port element and
.lin command to perform the the mixed mode parameter extraction in
HSPICE.

Mixed mode port element is a three node source, with the first and the
second node forming the differential pair, and the third node as the
reference node. For your case, you can set

pin 1 2 3 port=1 ac=1 
.lin
.print zind(1)  $ differential input impedance
                $ or zinc(1) for common mode input impedance
