[SI-LIST] Antenna's

Hi all,
Although this is a list for SI, I thought did this would be a good
place to ask since all here are highly qualified engineers.
I was curious to know more in detail about antennas and their effects,
and how would we take care of these during the backend design. I would
appreciate it if you could share some knowledge on this topic. Or
otherwise, is there any good website / book where I could get some basic
knowledge on what are antennas and their effects, so that I can take it
from there.
