Hao,
we use Sigrity's Broad Band Spice to convert Touchstone Files (TSF) with
up to 100 ports into Spice files. With a special 3D FDTD Solver the TSFs
are generated and special techniques allow to concentrate with small
Spice files on the critical transmission lines of - in our case 94 port
- Chip Package, running at 77GHz.
