Dunno if this is relevant or not, but we manufacture stand-alone
terminator/attenuator modules for ECL/PECL/LVPECL signals:

These can be used to externally terminate ECL/PECL/LVPECL signals and/or to
connect them to ground-referenced 50-Ohm 'scopes or other equipment.
Bandwith to 8 GHz, and ready to use, out of the box.
