ECL should normally be terminated to Vcc-2V (Vtt) via 50 ohm resistors. The
termination resistors should be at the end of the lines beyond the receiving
device pins. Route the ECL traces through the receiver pins and then
terminate right at the end. The termination voltage should be decoupled at
the termination as well.
