Something newbies often do is have a node with no DC path to ground.
For example, this occurs when you have an AC coupling cap in series
with an FET input op-amp.  (Why you would ever do that is a different
question).  Therefore, look at your circuit & make sure all AC coupled
nodes have DC paths to ground.  If you find one which is blocked by
capacitors, simply attach that node to ground through a 100 Meg
resistor.  This allows the SPICE engine to do its calculations.

As for floating GND, I have no idea what is causing that.
