Perhaps the easiest way is the old Alt-Print Screen trick.
That dumps the sceen into clipboard and then you
can use Paint or PhotoEditor (supplied by uSoft).

One easy way to do this is to download a screen capture utility. I find a
piece of software called snagit (www.snagit.com) to be very good for this
kind of thing. We've also bought the Avant! software called COSMOS-Scope
(~$5k) which gives you a better viewer than AWAVES.
