Hello Michael.

I have been having good luck using a screen grabber called Hypersnap.  It is
available for download and purchase at :

http://www.hyperionics.com/index.html

I think it is $35 for a license, but the demo is free.  We have been using
it with Win2000.  I had used an earlier version on NT 4.0, and it worked
fairly well.  A few of the options didn't work though.  The free download
version is fully functional (it just leaves a tag on your image), so you can
ring it out for free before you decide to spend the $35.
