[SI-LIST] JEDEC 1, 2, and 3

Hi SI Gurus,
I know this is not an SI question, but I have a lot of confidence on the
expertise of this group. Can someone help me understand the difference
between JEDEC 1, 2, and 3 for PC Board manufacturing. Also, what do
acronyms SPQL, EFR, and AFR mean in terms of an IC.
I will greatly appreciate any leads.
