The model you have seems to be bad.  The typical values are in the =
milliAmpere range but the min and max are in the nanoAmpere range.  =
I've never seen a buffer that could do that.

If the buffer's model was created correctly I'm sure either ICX or XTK =
could simulate it. =20

This can't be do in ICx or XTK, this may be have
troble in the power clamp  CMOS transistor circuit.
If the circuit can not  be change ,it must only
simulate  in SPICE,and the IBIS is only dummy for the
PCB simulation at this version 3.2. The IBIS users
give up for the condition.Is there no body can relieve
from=20
this bad stipulation.
