Hi:
 
May be what you mean is : Even Tr/10 >> Td and so, eventually when the whole of 
Tr happens, it is equivalent to traversing the interconnect length 10 times. 
This is the most conservative approach. May be the equation mis-guided me.
 
If there is anything that I am not understanding properly, kindly do correct it.
