[SI-LIST] Termination resistors

si Gurus,
Please share your experience. I have the following situation:
Signal type: LVDS and HSTL
Clock freq: 166 Mhz (data clocked @ both edges).
Situation is that few traces are on the edge of BGA so, and I can hit
the receiver ball first and then go to the terminator resistors (100
Ohms for LVDS and 50 for HSTL). However for most of the traces the
traces are deep inside the BGA and due to high trace density, I can not
hit the receiver ball and then come out to terminator. So, for most of
my LVDS and HSTL lines, I hit the terminator first and then go to the
receiver ball. The source to terminator is about 5 inches and
terminator to the receiver is less than an inch.
Do I have a problem?
Thanks to the experts who are taking time to answer.
