Carlo,
The problem is not via pad shift with trace, after we double check
it. The problem is part pad don't connect to trace. This problem
happen on blind via design, don't happen on not blind via design. And
after we compare the isf file between Allegro blind via design and
Mentor blind via design, we found the isf file for Allegro have parts
pin name on top and bottom layer, but isf file for Mentor don't have.
