FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] About XTK layout file transfer issue

The problem is when I transfer Allegro layout file *.dat with XTK 
command AXXX.exe(version is 2.1.9), it will create to *.isf file
(version is 2.0). After I launch *.isf file with XTK, I found the trace 
shift with pad, so it cause the trace is open one by one(discontinue). 
I don't know what kind of problem to cause this error, could anyone 
give me some hint to solve this problem?
