[SI-LIST] Signal Integrity training

Hello,
Looking to find training courses on signal integrity.
Currently using PCAD 2002, and our design are migrating to speeds
(200-400MHz and beyond) where signal integrity is a significant factor.
I need to get upto speed on using signal integrity theory and tools.
Who provides a course(s)on the technical theory plus applying it to PCB
layout.
Note PCAD do not have any courses.
Appreciate your comments.
Thanks
John Coyle
