[SI-LIST] Vih for PCI

Hi all,
Some people are saying that PCI Vih =3D 0.9*Vcc but im my opinion this =
is the driver output DC specification.
I've found out following values from the PCI specification and I believe =
these are the correct ones.
+5V I/O mode PCI -> Vih min. =3D +2.0V
+3.3V I/O mode PCI -> Vih min. =3D 0.5 * Vcc
Which information source should I believe?
