1. The Unix version of ePD XTK 3.1 can be set up to simulate Eye diagrams.
The documentation for how to do this is in the release notes.
See $QUADHOME/release_notes/xtk.notes, and search for "Eye".
2. Both the Unix and Windows versions of ePD XTK 3.1 support Berkeley Spice 3f5.
The PDF documentation has a chapter called QSPICE, and there are examples
in $QUADHOME/demos/xns/qspice. (PDF doc is $QUADHOME/doc/xtk_user.pdf)

The following is a word document that I got from
XTK support, for ePD 2.0, but it'll work for 3.1 a
well.
I was able to create eyes, no problem...it takes
a little bit of time to set everything up.
