If you make the T-line longer the delay should get larger.
1.Try simplifying the problem by simulating only the T-Line (using
independent voltage sources in place of your drivers) and watch the delay
increase and decrease as you change the length.
2. Check your probe locations. Are you really looking at the input and
output?

I have noticed that the longer my transmission line, the Tpd becomes =
shorter.
does it make sense? as i understand it a longer transmission line means =
more capacitance (and resistance) so the Tpd should be longer, doesn't =
it?
