Ashok, 

Since MMF is optical medium not like copper traces, it's better for you to
specify light source and receiver, such as laser diode and photo-detector.  

Usually, Laser diode has significantly different characterstics under DC
biasconditions.  If biased above threshold currents, then laser diode has
overshoot and relaxation oscillation characteristics.  Simply, you can model
RLC tank circuits.

a multimode fiber ?
