Hello,

I am doing AC noise analysis of a CMOS circuit using
HSpice. I have the model file of the TSMC which has
the flicker and thermal noise parameters.

I want to plot the flicker and thermal noise curve of
a particular NMOS device in the circuit. Does there
exist any comamnd to do so in HSpice from Ex-Avanti
(currently Synopsys)? 

Actually my problem is that I tried to simualte the
flicker and thermal noise of the circuit in Eldo
simulator from Mentor and I am getting Flciker noise
corner frequency as 25MHz which is too high. Eldo
allows to plot the flicker and thermal noise of a
particular transistor. 

I would like to know if there exists any command by
which I can access the flicker and thermal noise of a
particular device in the circuit.
