FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] IBIS Packaging

Hello,
I am looking for some information on using RLC matrix definitions for a 
package in IBIS.  I have a 2.5 Gbps part, and the lumped RLC package 
definition is not going
to cut it. Are there any papers/presentations that go over this? Has 
anyone used this type of package definition in an IBIS simulator such as 
XTK or SpecctraQuest?
Or know how these tools interpret these matrices? Is this going to get my 
the results that I want?
