A 4th possible reason: V-T curves don't go out far enough in time to
include all of the transient. 1.45V is the predicted "final" voltage.
Maybe it only reached 1.20V where the V-T table was truncated.
Too bad the checker doesn't compute error as a percentage of signal
swing, rather than of absolute voltages. Compared to 0.00V, anything
would look huge (i.e., 54 million percent), but 0.01V is darned close to
insignificant. The other error, though (1.20V vs. 1.45V) is
significant.
