Anand,

Sorry, I now realize that when you used the term single data rate you were 
talking
about the unidirectional signals that run at the 1x clock (address and control).
The term SDR has a very specific and related meaning in SDRAM as you know.  
Sorry
for the confusion!  From what I've read, both the bidirectional and 
unidirectional
signals are terminated the same way!
