Hi Adam,
Since the clocks are going to the connector, when you are not sure of loads on
the other
side of the connector for each branch, it is better to use additional clock
buffer instead of Tee joints etc,.
If the T is for DIMM connector then go ahead with 1/4rise time rule for branch
out.
