Hi Sankar,

There are a number of design escape and manufacturing options available
depending upon the actual package and usage. Can you provide the
manufacturer's part number or package datasheet? Does the application
have PCB real estate, i.e. is this a code development platform (lots of
PCB real estate, I noticed your return email address) or is this stuffed
into a constrained envelope, i.e. cell phone?

Sankar,

I don't think there are any general guidelines for routing such a fine
pitch part.  What is true is that you will need to use blind vias to
connect it to signals.  This lead pitch is too fine to use through hole
vias.
