I know you're all very busy, so just a short note to let you know that Mentor 
Graphics is looking for a senior SI engineer  -  specifically, someone with a 
vision of what direction EDA tools need to go in order to deal with the 
difficult problems associated with SERDES, power distribution, DDR3 , etc. 
We're looking for someone who has deep knowledge of what's available today, and 
what's good in today's offerings and what's missing. If you believe you're up 
to this task, we're interested in talking to you. Lots is happening at Mentor 
in the high-speed area, and the chance exists to make a significant impact on 
the tools available in the next several years.
