[SI-LIST] DDR2 unbuffered DIMM specification?

Hi - 

I'm trying to simulate an interface for a DDR2 unbuffered DIMM, but 
I'm having trouble finding the specification for the DIMM (trace 
lengths, topologies, etc.).  On the JEDEC site I'm able to find specs 
for DDR2 registered DIMMs and SO-DIMMs, but the unbuffered DIMM eludes 
me.  Is there a spec for this, and does anyone know the number or how 
to obtain it?  (I've tried the DIMM vendor, but the answer is, "Go to 
the JEDEC site...").
