FreeLists / si-list / [SI-LIST] Probe headers on DDR SDRAM

Hi All,
       I am new to this group. I am using DDR SDRAM on my board @150 
MHz. I need to put Logic analyzer on all the pins of memory chip for the 
debugging requirement of my board. Can you suggest me some way to do it 
and if possible suggest the right probe headers and distances from the 
device.
