One source that I am familiar with is a text entitled 'Transmission Line
Design Handbook' by Brian C. Wadell, beginning with page 234. I'm sure there
are others.

I know the info must be out there somewhere but I have not found it
yet.
I am looking to Build a Spreadsheet calculating pair impedance with
varying parameters.
