I do not know how your model looks like
but I suspect that you possibly have problem in port definition
that can be easily solved
 
in any case I would suggest you to contact
the Ansoft support

Hi Gurus,
Are there anyone have been analyzing SI problem with anisotropic material 
structure? Now I need to extract one coplanar waveguide s-parameter with 
anisotropic material structure. It seems that the current EDA tools can not 
implement such kind of work, even if Ansoft HFSS provide anisotropic material 
definition, but I fail to extract s-parameters, I suspect the feature of HFSS 
is useless. Maybe I am wrong with HFSS. Any suggestion will be appreciated.
