All,
   
  Is it mandatory to maintain DDR2 timing parameter values tcl - trcd - trp 
  to 3-3-3 for DDR2- 400MHz speed bin??
   
  I want to work with DDR2 at 266MHz, but the DDR2- SODIMM supports CAS Latency 
of 3 / 4.
  So can i program my DDR2-266 timing parameter  values tcl - trcd-trp 
  to 3-2-2 ??? Is this will be optimal?
   
  Please advice,
